Tried to place an order last night for a cake- website says must call to place order… so I call and no one answers. I figured it was just late and they were trying to close up. Today I went by as a last resort at 11:20 and no one is there. Stores hours are posted at 11am

Do not prepay anything here. They wrote my name down in a yellow notepad and told me my order would be ready for pickup. When I arrived, that same notepad was sitting on the counter like nothing had even been done with it. There were two employees there. One guy just stared the whole time, and the other acted like he was helping but really wasn’t.
