Do not prepay anything here. They wrote my name down in a yellow notepad and told me my order would be ready for pickup. When I arrived, that same notepad was sitting on the counter like nothing had even been done with it. There were two employees there. One guy just stared the whole time, and the other acted like he was helping but really wasn’t. DON’T EVER PLACE ORDER HERE .They won’t fulfill orders. We have ordered customized cake and paid up front.When we reached to pickup the cake , they are saying “we can’t fulfill your order”. If you can’t fulfill , why you took the order?. You have our mobile number and can’t you , call upfront to inform the same. Playing with kid’s emotions. Giving this 1 start as google is not allowing to give lower than that. DON’T EVER PLACE ORDER HERE .they won’t deserve to run the franchise at this location.
