My family and I went in around 4 pm on July 30th, I didn’t catch the employees name so I wanted her to have credit. She was very patient and kind with our two children and my friends three children and we really appreciate it!

We are forced to eat our ice cream outside at 9pm. The two employees told us we need to go because they were closing. SMH it’s only 9pm and the open sign was turned off.

I drove 20 minutes to this location specifically to make a purchase before closing, only to arrive 10 minutes before the posted closing time and find the doors already locked. The employees appeared unwilling to serve any additional customers because they wanted to leave early. If the business regularly stops serving customers before the advertised closing time, the closing hours on the website and storefront should be updated to reflect that. If the lobby closes at 9pm the store should close at 9pm. My husband and I arrived before 9 and sat in the car for a min talking. At 9:00 the open sign is turned off along with the neon sign behind the counter. We head inside to get our ice cream and go. The guy was more concerned about getting the chairs on the tables rather than serving us. The girl behind the counter was occupied by making an online order.
