This 1 star is an over rating for the Spencer hwy location in La Porte: We have been loyal Baskin-Robbins customers for over 11 years, starting when the store was in Deer Park and continuing after it moved to the Spencer Highway location. Unfortunately, our experiences at the La Porte store have consistently gone downhill, and after this last visit, we will never be returning. Us and another customer pulled up at 945 pm online it says they closed at 10 pm. We were refused service along with the other customer. Workers said they were minors and they have to be out of the store before 10 pm. The manager of the Store needs to do a better job of making sure that minors are not working the late shift and actually service the customer.
