Us and another customer pulled up at 945 pm online it says they closed at 10 pm. We were refused service along with the other customer. Workers said they were minors and they have to be out of the store before 10 pm. The manager of the Store needs to do a better job of making sure that minors are not working the late shift and actually service the customer.

It is frustrating to see the people here make mobile orders after the people in line. For me personally,this order was in 10 minutes ago but when I walk in I have to wait for the people in line to get theirs first. For the record my order was in well before any of these people in here, it would if been faster to just stand in line and forget the Mobile ordering because in this store that will cost you extra time... That's it, people here not making orders in the order they come in and that gets a 1 star forever post
The last 2 times I have visited the men that work here have been unnecessarily rude. The moment I walk in and ask for a shake both guys demeanors changed. I guess they don’t like making milkshakes? This visit the short Hispanic guy took my payment and handed me my receipt and I asked politely if I could please have a straw since I was unsure if he realized he hadn’t given me one.
