Brought my son and family for ice cream after dinner and walked in at 8:54pm. Their doors clearly close at 10pm. However the girl working made sure to state the lobby was closed. Very disappointed that we had to eat ice cream outside. Next time we want ice cream I can guarantee you it won’t be here.

This 1 star is an over rating for the Spencer hwy location in La Porte: We have been loyal Baskin-Robbins customers for over 11 years, starting when the store was in Deer Park and continuing after it moved to the Spencer Highway location. Unfortunately, our experiences at the La Porte store have consistently gone downhill, and after this last visit, we will never be returning.
