The last 2 times I have visited the men that work here have been unnecessarily rude. The moment I walk in and ask for a shake both guys demeanors changed. I guess they don’t like making milkshakes? I recently visited a location where both the online information and drive-thru window indicated that the establishment closed at 10 PM. However, upon arriving at the drive-thru just before closing, we were met with the lights turned off, and when we inquired if they were still open, the employees confirmed by nodding that they had closed early. Notably, we were not the only customers affected by this. This experience raised concerns about the consistency and reliability of the business's operating hours.
I ordered delivery, which I have done before and ordered the same thing, and this is the saddest Banana Royale I've ever received. Where is the ice cream I wasted $12 on this.
I was given the very bottom scraps of the chocolate flavor where it was gooey. It was melting as she handed me the cone. When I let the Baskin Robbin’s worker know that it didn’t taste like it normally does, she stated that “that’s how it is”. We always come here and it saddens me that I had to throw away my ice cream that I was so excited to get.
