Absolute horrible experience. We are a very quiet family and was inside looking at the different flavors of ice-cream. No one was acknowledging us at the counter for a few good minutes. Then we heard a female screaming drive thru only. We didn't realize she was literally screaming at us instead of just walking over to where we were and letting us know that the lobby was closed. This location is so crappy because of the staff seriously the only Dunkin location that has the ice cream coffee and they mess it up so bad. They could be doing better by a long way
Waited in line long enough for the two employees behind the counter to gossip, make a drink, avoid eye contact with me, and walk to the other side of the store without ever acknowledging my existence.
