Horrible! Had to leave. There was only 3 cars in drive-thru (one at window, one in front of me at speaker, and me). We sat 10 minutes and never made it to the speaker to order. The truck at the window had turned their car off. I honestly have no idea what was going on, but I do know that I will never return.
They didn't have any of the products that are "available" online.
Absolute horrible experience. We are a very quiet family and was inside looking at the different flavors of ice-cream. No one was acknowledging us at the counter for a few good minutes. Then we heard a female screaming drive thru only. We didn't realize she was literally screaming at us instead of just walking over to where we were and letting us know that the lobby was closed. This location is so crappy because of the staff seriously the only Dunkin location that has the ice cream coffee and they mess it up so bad. They could be doing better by a long way
