Went to pick up a preordered Celebration Happy 80th Dad Birthday Cake. Message was blurred - asked why, “we don’t make the cakes here’. As I was leaving, noticed puddled ice cream and cake partially collapsed - store had refroze it. Went back in - no apologies, had to ask employee to call store manager to resolve. Solution money back or swap cake. End result was a unpersonalized, pink frosted cake - HAPPY 80TH B-DAY DAD : (
Ordered DoorDash and this is what was sent from the store. There is a reason this store has 2.7 rating. Dunkin’ is not much better
IN MY OPINION GETTING MULTIPLE BAD ORDERS DO NOT ORDER OR GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT QUALITY AND NICE SIZED PORTIONS 3 TIMES IN A ROW THROUGH GRUBHUB LEFT OUT ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR AND DO NOT GET HARDLY NO ICE CREAM IN A SHAKE ITS COLORED MILK HARDLY NO ICE CREAM IN IT AND THE SCOOPS OF ICE CREAM TINY SCOOPS YOU GET HALF OF THE CUP FILLED. GO TO S FLORIDA AVE THEY ARE WAY BETTER.
