We went to get some ice cream and we asked if we could get a dubai chocolate sundae. The workers gave attitude to us and it was very annoying. We just went for some ice cream why the attitude? Never would return.
We went here yesterday and the staff was very immature and disrespectful. There were two girls working at the drive thru. We wanted to get one of their items on the menu, but we weren’t able to and they were trying to explain to us what we can and cannot do. However, we didn’t understand what the employees were saying and we simply wanted some clarification. We went today. There were two girls serving us at the drive thru counter. Very rude girl in the glasses, gave us attitude for simply asking for clarification on a menu item, said “what do you want” when we drove up. She was so angry she walked away from the window and her coworker had to take over. Very childish. If you can’t do a job without having a fit then maybe you’re too immature. The customer service was beyond pathetic and we never plan on returning. No wonder why the rating for this place is so low.
People have been giving this place low reviews but when I went in today, I met a very patient and kind team of people who were happy to give me ice cream and that's all I'd want going into a place like this! I never got her name but around 4 Pmish today she made me the new Sydney Sweeney sherbet and she was very kind, calmly explained things to me even though I'm sure she has to do it all day, and that's hard to come by in food service now! Will be coming back here!
Just went and it said it was open till ten and it was the only the drive thru was open make sure lobby hour or posted in good as well please
