Poor customer service. Took me 20min in line inside to get 1 scoop of ice cream for my daughter. They have no staff available.
They never have ice cream flavors asked for 3 different kinds that they carry on the regular and this is the 3rd time they haven’t had all the flavors might as well just a Dunkin’ Donuts and take away the BR side
Shandelle and Ada made my experience so amazing! I ordered a sundae expecting something simple but was met with great attention to detail and super cute presentation! They truly know how to give a great experience. Thanks again!
Stopped by Baskin-Robbins on Saturday night for a sweet treat, and it definitely hit the spot! The service was quick and friendly thanks to Krysten. I went with a scoop of Praline in a waffle cone.Definitely a solid spot for a weekend ice cream fix!
I don’t normally write reviews but the girls who helped me here were great! I was trying to sign up for the rewards app and they were patient with me and helped me out a ton even though it was close to closing time. Thanks Krysten and Aidelys! The chocolate almond ice cream was awesome!
