The worst service I’ve ever experienced in NYC. The lady yelled at me for not having the order name for a cake I received as a present, while I still had the order number and credit card info with the image of the product. When I went again with the name the next day, another employee didn’t get me anything for an ice cream cake for an hour long journey back home so basically my ice cream cake was no longer an ice cream or cake. The worst customer service ever!!!! Do not go here.
The ice cream is great and the place is nice, but the one staff member there was extremely rude and seemed annoyed with me for no reason. If Feyoz doesn’t want to interact with customers or scoop ice cream, he shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role and should just quit his job.
ROACHES 🪳 IN THE FOOD - I came here and got a hot chocolate to warm me up. Found out I was sipping on a ROACH. I am mortified & disgusting. Manager offered me ONE free meal as compensation. I feel violated. Don’t harm yourself by eating here. Another day or two later I past by and seen the exterminator spraying chemicals while the ice cream is still on display
