it's just not good service, the ice cream is fine, the prices are ok. the flavors are more limited than you'd hope, but the variety is enough for a picky family, just not one thats looking for anything not basic or branded.
I have been searching for Baskin Robbin’s rainbow sherbet, unbeknownst to me the dunking donuts in lower Westchester doesn’t carry it anymore nor does ShopRite nor Stop and shop. So I started a google search and I called the store located in Ossining New York. I tried calling to get information about availabilty for a custom cake for an event. Limited cake options online and their number is not even in service. Don't look for this Baskin Robbins if you're trying to order cakes without the inconvenience of traveling there and possibily not having the cake you want available.
It says that they close at 9 pm, however I've been there at around 8:45 on two occasions and the doors are locked with workers inside. If the store closes at 9 pm, they should serve customers until 9 pm.
Good for me. I am here a lot.
