Horrible customer service in the drive thru. The young Hispanic girl who works the window all the time, very rude!!!! She doesn’t speak, doesn’t tell you your total, she doesn’t reach her hand out the window, you have to be almost hanging out your car to get your items etc. I now go to the Dunkin on Torrence, they are quicker and friendlier.
I sent someone up there to get me a scoop of chocolate Ice cream the woman behind the window stated that they did not have chocolate ice cream? I also asked for world class chocolate Ice cream? she stated that they did not have world class chocolate ice cream!? I asked for cookies and cream ice cream ..She then also stated that they did not have cookies and cream ice cream either!?? So all of your most popular brands of ice cream are now not available.!? Received a completely uncooked breakfast sandwich. Things like this is done intentionally, and to be funny but if I came back and threw it in their face I’ll be wrong. It’s no reason at all they should rap a completely uncooked sandwich and give it someone.
