Just went to this Dunkin Baskin-Robbins… The guy who’s working drive-through and making coffees was busting his butt… I ordered two of probably the longest drinks to make and didn’t realize that this poor guy is shortstaffed… Looks like maybe he hadn’t made the drink I asked for very many times because I could see him looking at the directions on how to make it, but our drink still came out perfect! 15 mins for a single coffe on drive thru no people ahed of me crazy.
Worst customer service ever. Ten minutes wait for them to say that there is No card payment available. Girls fighting between them.
I love the ice cream and donuts. That’s it.
Took my first visit of the “summer season” in Crystal Lake on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Baskin Robbin’s is always very good ice cream and I got just regular chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup this time (I’m a chocolate fanatic). The woman who assisted us was so friendly and I was very impressed with my short experience. (Written 5-11-25)
