Horrible service
Went to get ice cream with my girlfriend, and the ice cream had a literal dead bug in the center of it. Don’t know how the employee didn’t see it. She offered me another ice cream from the same tub that had the dead bug. I settled for my refund and left. Absolutely unacceptable.
Great service this evening! Stopped in for some ice cream and have zero complaints!
Rude employees more concerned about doing dishes than treating customers with any sort of care. Some girls that also seem to work there were making and ringing up their own orders while dressed in pajamas knowing we were waiting to pay. All of the spoons had hairs and dust on them and overall it was just a really underwhelming and annoying experience. Next time I’ll drive 20 minutes to the next location.
