(Chicago Rd location is much better!!) 0 stars. I’ve always hated this location but this last experience really took the cake. I asked if I could have a strawberry shake and the person over the speaker quickly said “we don’t have strawberry” (how?) and so I then asked “okay, could I have a vanilla-“ and the guy literally YELLED NO at me before I could even finish. I find this location, absolutely wild! First of all, they really hate selling stuff. I went on a Saturday night at 8:30 and the doors were locked leaving only the drive-through. Not a huge deal. I go through the drive-through, and the car in front of me, I can hear them order a drink to only hear the employee say we don’t have vanilla ice cream. What ice cream shop doesn’t carry vanilla. Ordered online when I got a sweets craving. Get to the drive thru order something for my Roomate they don’t have what they want. Get something else instead. Pull up to the window they don’t have my order. So now I get my Roomate what they don’t want out and I don’t get what I want. Guy at the window tells me to contact them for a refund. I initiate contact with them. Never have received my refund. First and last time going to this establishment. All over lack of refunding my item they never gave to me. 0/5 stars if I could
On multiple occasions they have closed the lobby early sent me through the drive thru and then completely gotten my order WRONG!!!!!! OVER the last few years this establishment have gotten worse. When it's fully staffed orders still take forever to be completed. Employees don't know the products they offer.....
