Ordered online when I got a sweets craving. Get to the drive thru order something for my Roomate they don’t have what they want. Get something else instead. Pull up to the window they don’t have my order. So now I get my Roomate what they don’t want out and I don’t get what I want. Guy at the window tells me to contact them for a refund. I initiate contact with them. Never have received my refund. First and last time going to this establishment. All over lack of refunding my item they never gave to me. 0/5 stars if I could
On multiple occasions they have closed the lobby early sent me through the drive thru and then completely gotten my order WRONG!!!!!! OVER the last few years this establishment have gotten worse. When it's fully staffed orders still take forever to be completed. Employees don't know the products they offer.....
Went to take my family to this location before 630pm. The doors were locked to the lobby and there wasnt even a note on their doors. There was more than one employee there as well. And they were open in the drive thru. Our business was lost due this fact. We wanted to go inside to enjoy ice cream.
This location was my favorite, but lately, the quality has fallen short. In the past 2 weeks, I've taken my drink back 4 times. It feels as though they are simply throwing anything in a cup. It's time for me to explore other options.
