I wish I could give this store a higher score. They're always out of things. Ordered at least 5 times and it's never right. The one on rt 31 is way better.
Placed a to go order for pick up. They seal the bags so you can't check them when you pick up. Get home and for contest I ordered a banana split. Who forgets to put the main ingredient, THE BANANA, in a banana split.
Their out of everything heretheir ice cream is not good
First off. Do customers have to state that they are there? Employees don't know how to say "hi, how can I help you"? Terrible customer service. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. But nothing will change. This establishment has been going down hill for a year or two. Just had to write a review.
