Ordered donuts and they gave me them like this. My one Boston kreme now has no icing since it stuck all to the bag. ☹️
I felt like I was interrupting the workers who were chatting.
Ordered a special Father’s Day cake it was supposed to be ready for pick up on Father’s Day. Arrived at Baskin Robbins with my email showing it was already paid for and was told they forgot to make the cake and they are unable to make it now. It would have been nice if someone called to tell me that it was never made and that they would not be able to do it instead of arriving and not having anything for Father’s Day.
Customer service was horrible. We walked in the store, there were 3 workers and not one of them acknowledged us. In fact the one that was standing in the ice cream area sweeping the floor looked at us and walked away without greeting us. After standing there for a few minutes and me saying "I guess we should have gone through the drive-thru to get service".
