Very disappointing! Ordered 2 ice cream cakes ahead of time for an upcoming party. When I showed up the day of to pick up my cakes they had my order slip but didn’t fill it simply stating that they “weren’t able to make cakes right now.” What??😡 Couldn’t they have called me in advance so I could have made other arrangements for party desserts? Better yet, why take my order in the first place if they couldn’t fill it? Very frustrating. Thank you Dairy Queen for bailing me out.
Employee was rude when I asked about an item. “I don’t know what that is.” But it’s being marketed everywhere as an available item

WARNING to all: icecream cakes, pies, and polar pizzas!! The Baskin website WILL allow you to order today these desserts - from this store and maybe other stores? - but this store doesn’t even make any of them. They won’t tell you that tho. They will send you ”Congrats on your polar pizza! It will be ready on Saturday at 11AM” receipt and they’ll take your $$ - then you’ll send your husband - gas and time wasted- to get it and it is THEN you’ll find that they’ve got no dessert for your event and no alternative.
