The two females staffed here on 11/18 are horrendous. Took forever. Didn’t understand a word you said asked the same question More than 3 times after already answered. Time to check out I paid. One worker tried to tell me receipts were working. I insisted in waiting. They only charged me for 3 quarts I ordered 4 and one of them was wrong. This employee instead I pay for a fourth one I already asked for but they missed !! Place is a scam
Ordered a birthday cake for an 18th birthday, 2 weeks in advance (store requires 48-hours notice), and they forgot to make the cake. On top of that, they needed to call the supervisor of the store to get approval to issue a refund for a product that we ordered and was never made. Ultimately, we got the refund, but were left to scramble for a cake thanks to this incompetency. We've ordered many cakes from this location without a problem, but unfortunately, this was the final time as we will take our money elsewhere.
The atmosphere is awesome here, the workers are so nice and attentive!
I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter’s unicorn-themed birthday party 3 days in advance through their online system. I received a confirmation email and everything seemed fine. However, when I went to pick it up on the day of the event, they told me that they **never received the order**. No solution was offered, and my daughter's birthday theme was **completely ruined**. I won’t be ordering from here again. **Very disappointed!**
