I've been to a number of Baskin-Robbins locations and this one is definitely the worst. Unfortunately its the closest one to my home. The first time I went there was on the 31st, the day when the ice-cream is on sale. They said they couldn't sell us any ice-cream because "it's frozen too hard and we can't scoop it." The second time I stopped by they simply weren't open even though it was during regular business hours. The third time I was actually able to get ice-cream, however they weren't sure how to make the sundae I orde... read more
So this is the second day that this location can't serve ice cream bc their freezer had frozen the ice cream solid they done nothing to rectify this...
I go here all the time not because of theice cream but just because of how wonderful the customer service is there! My favorites are Doug and Antonio they seriously deserve their own stores! <3
