Tried to grab quick ice cream at 9:30, but it was closed. Maybe Google needs to correct the hours, or maybe they wanted to go home early.
I actually asked for a green tea /dragon fruit & small courtesy water. I got a dragon fruit with Zero green tea. I got charged for a ice water. The lady that took my order, I couldn't understand a word she was saying!!! Then a guy came on, and I guess he thought he had my order... right? I get to the window The lady never says hello!!!!!😥 And my order was definitely not correct! Very disappointed.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Baskin Robins is shared with Dunkin Donuts and they don’t have all the flavors that a normal Baskin Robins would.
only two people on staff, extremely slow and lack good customer service. when they do talk to you it’s rude and condescending. got completely ignored. mind you there’s a note posted inside saying you can only be in there if you’re paying, and only for 30 minutes to eat. place went way down hill. avoid
