Went in for the Wednesday banana split special. The young male associate didn't seem to know how to make one. The toppings were very, very sparse and I had to ask for the whipped cream nuts and the cherry to be added to the banana split. Then He didn't know how to ring up the $6 special and asked me to download the app and still wasn't able to ring it up for $6 so he just charged me for something that was $5.99. Constantly out of flavors and refuses to cancel online orders - leaving customers footing the bill or arguing with customer service for a partial refund. Hate this place.
I got here at 852pm and they wouldn’t serve me and said they are closed and cleaning up . It’s 855 pm now and won’t serve me or even ask if all I wanted was a water . Just said nope we close early for cleaning ! Wow great business model in todays world I’m never shocked by anything anymore so get there by 8 pm not 9 pm
