I was here Sunday 3/15/26 around 3:00. My 7yo was begging for sprinkles on his ice cream and has an allergy so I asked to see the ingredients for the sprinkles since I know they’re sometimes a different brand. There were two staff members in the checkout area and one in the kitchen. There was no one else in line or in the drive through. The staff refused to find the ingredients. Excellent service
Got the new Dubai chocolate shake and it wasn’t appetizing at all and I was so excited to try it :(
TRIED to go here 2 days ago after dinner at a nearby restaurant. Staff had locked the doors prior to the stated closing time. Male worker behind the counter ignored me as I was trying to pull open the locked doors. Yes, it was 5 minutes to closing, but 8 o'clock means 8 o'clock and all I wanted was a simple scoop of ice cream. That's okay, though, I went right down the street and got an AMAZING ice cream cone from Graeter's Ice Cream! Graeter's was open until 10pm, y’all!! 🤩 And it's less than half a mile from this place!
