This was the worse ice cream ever. I’ve wanting to visit Baskin Robins since I moved to the area a year so, yesterday I went in and the choices were minimal, the chocolate ice was freezer burnt and the sugar cone was stale. So disappointing.
Came into Baskin for an Uber order & they were extremely welcoming and showed me so much kindness!
I have been here a few times in the past few months and all 3 times "the Baskin side is closed" do you even have a location here anymore. Edit: it was better when it was closed I noticed it was open an decided to get a milkshake an got a glass of warm chocolate water instead. Don't waste your money at this location go anywhere else instead
Purchased ice cream today to take home. Noticed the lid as a bit off. The ice cream tasted spoiled and there was frost on the top. The ice cream had thawed and froze again.
Overall establishment is clean. Upon visiting, however, they were out of bananas and hot fudge. So, the primary purpose for visiting was derailed because we went with the intention of each having a banana split. We were told they had been busy all day and ran out. Not sure the resin for no hot fudge. Ice cream selection is pretty minimal. Will definitely try another BR before returning here.
