I ordered 2 cakes days ago. I set the pick up time for 10 am I have been waiting in the store for 30+ mins to get the cake that should have been ready!!! Terrible never coming back.
We went to pick up an ice cream cake that said it was gonna be ready at 9 am and we went to pick it up at 6 pm and we are still waiting for over 30 minutes. Every time we ask them how long, they keep saying 2 minutes. I'm not sure what they're doing, but we are still waiting and customer service is horrible. Did not want to spend over 30 minutes at a baskin robbin's on my birthday. Do not come here.
