They only had 1 worker and he was not listen and he was ignoring us
I was disappointed with my experience at Baskin-Robbins. I stopped in to order a sundae, but the customer service was subpar. The employee who assisted me was rude and had an unpleasant attitude, which made the visit very unwelcoming. Good customer service is just as important as the quality of the food, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. Because of this, I will not be returning.
Got here at 615 6/7/26. We did an online order. When we got there the door was locked and they said drive through only. Ok. Pulled up to the drive through and they told me they were out of everything and asked if I could cancel my online order. What the hell? Who owns this crap?

I recently visited Dunkin’ to inquire about ordering a custom ice cream cake and was disappointed with the customer service I received. Cathy, the manager, informed me that there was no way to customize a cake at this time or in the foreseeable future. However, there was a sign displayed on the freezer advertising custom cakes, which made the response confusing.
