Horrible service and don’t know anything about the menu. Don’t waste your time coming here. Their to busy socializing with each other to help customers
I will never visit this location again. The server was super nice, but the manager is not. My friend explained that her ice cream tasted weird after one lick, which it was already paid for, and the manager wouldn't replace it. It was only one scoop! He would rather lose two customers than one scoop of ice cream? I work in the area and would have given this store lots of business this spring and summer. I received the worst customer service ever at this location. The young man who waited on my was pleasant and helpful. I paid for my cone and tasted the ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream was taken from the top of a newly opened container. It had a film or skin on it and all through it. I asked for another cone. The manager seemed not to know what I was talking about. Maybe there was a language barrier. I asked the young man to taste it, hoping that would clarify my point.
