Baskin robins guy was so helpful and patiently helped us to choose.
He lost an Uber order and a woman didn't serve the Uber well and gave him half of what he ordered and charged both as if nothing had happened.
On March 12, I went and picked up an ice cream cake that I ordered online. Had zero issues and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cake came out wonderfully and they were the only one in Charlotte at the time that had World Class Chocolate ice cream. I’m not sure why that’s the case, but this location came through. Our kids play sports on the weekends at Elon park, they also attend martial art lessons next door to this location which makes it very convenient for us to drop off for an ice cream/donut as a once in a while tread for finishing up the season well. They got lots of ice cream flavors to choose from and lots of different donuts my kids enjoy, they are opened early which is very convenient
