Just visited BR for Pralines & cream. I was so disappointed to find they were all out. We don’t have a BR where I live so I only get it when we’re out of town. Julia was wonderful and found a quart of the ice cream for me! She went the extra mile & it is very much appreciated. Good job Julia!
We ordered a medium milkshake ( chocolate chip ) it was awful. We asked them to remake it and they said no. Definitely won’t be back. The manager said the milk probably made it taste different.
I walked in because today was free ice cream day and I walked up to the counter and I asked what can I get because it’s free ice cream and I saw online Dunkin was doing free ice cream so my intentions was to get it free and I asked what can I get for free and the lady went and got her manger and she was so rude like you need the app we don’t do free ice cream I was shocked how I was spoken too never again I will come in this establishment again they need a new manager or shut down
The manager was snotty and rude. I asked for chocolate, and they didn't have it. As you know, I drove all the way here for some chocolate ice cream. And so when I asked her if they could check in the back, she gave me an attitude and refused, trying to make up an excuse. although, I'm confused why you didn't have one of the most popular ice cream flavors. One star.
