They have a lot of lack of empathy! My nephew felt sick to his stomach and accidentally vomited on the floor! And okay, it's a food place but it's just a baby! They made a bad face instead of being empathetic with a baby! We clean the floor ourselves and the workers talking to each other with a lack of empathy! For me very bad service! More when it comes to a baby if he were an adult his lack of respect is understandable but with a baby! Closed 1 hour early (tried the door at 7pm, 8pm listed as closing). Doors locked but open sign on. Employees inside but not coming to the door. I watched a family try the door after me. Observed another customer who was here before me trying to figure out if I would be able to get in. Its seems the owners are missing out of a lot of profit due to the early closing.
Took order in a timely manner and provided good ice cream
me and my family went in as a party of seven for my little sisters birthday. i wish i knew the girls name who helped us, but she had the friendliest demeanor, was so patient and kind. she was knowledgeable when i was unsure of what to get, and promptly told me the popular flavors. i hope her manager sees this and she is recognized for her hard work!
