Every single time I come to the Statesville, NC location they either don't have the ingredients for the cappy blast or their blender is broken! Seriously the worst Baskins I have ever went to!
Will never go back 1 scoop 5.00 is crazy just bc it's ice cream doesn't mean have to have ice cubes in it too expensive and customers service is trash no bananas for banana spit just call it spit leave out the banana exactly!!!!!;;;;;
Today is the 2nd time I have been to this location in the last month. Both times they have been out of vanilla ice cream. Today they are also out of cappy mix. Unsure if its poor management or lazy employees. Either way disappointing.
So disappointed. I ordered the new Dubai Chocolate Shake. What I received looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu. Paid almost $15 for a milkshake that came in a very small Dunkin Donuts cup. Not sure why they put it in a small sized Dunkin cup when I ordered from Baskin Robbin’s. They didn’t even use real ice cream, they used the Dunkin style frozen ice style drink instead of a milkshake.
