A negative review is not something I take lightly, and I would never base it on a single experience. But the incompetence at this location is egregious. They have consistently made my drinks incorrectly, every single time I have been there. They're not even loosely following the prep sheets. If you like Baskin-Robbins and/or dunkin' donuts, do not visit this location because they will ruin the brand for you.

Very nasty staff and rude
Rude employees, long wait (30+ minutes) and messed up order
Restaurants run by teenagers are never a positive experience. Took forever to get two cups of ice cream. No napkins. I carried the whole 2-ft metal napkin holder to the counter for them — hint, hint. No napkins appeared.
