Bad customer service
The phone number doesn’t work. Says “you’ve reached a voice mail box that has not been set up. Goodbye” — need to contact about order but can’t.
Every time I stop here for a shake, their blenders are down. How is this possible? I think they just don’t want to do their job.
Came at 8:50 PM to an ice cream shop and they said they aren’t serving ice cream because they are closing soon. Not exactly great customer service. Unfortunately, this is not abnormal customer service here.
