I have never been to this BR. First of all the Server was like detached from his job. Half talked, no smile, no personality, no nothing. Half of the ice cream was not in the case. Not sure if it was sold out or what. The one I wanted looked like it had melted and refrozen. Trying to find somewhere to sit was almost impossible. Every table was nasty. Not just dirty, but nasty. You would think that between customers someone would clean the place, wipe the freaking tables off!!! They weren't crowded and 3 people were working.
We walked in and nobody greeted us. They had very few flavors of ice cream, and none of them were labeled, so we didn’t know what they were. As we stood there, looking at the ice cream and contemplating if we wanted anything, again, we did not feel welcome. So we walked out.
Said they had "no sugar" added ice cream online and drove there and they had none.
This may be the first time I’ve ever written a review of a restaurant, but the declined service at this particular location, combined with the fact that I cannot get in touch with customer service has led me to post it. Three separate occasions, I have Been unable to shop at this location because they won’t stock ice cream or donuts specifically they seem to continually run out of vanilla And chocolate ice cream as well as common varieties of donuts.
