"We don't have any of those flavors (all flavors). Our ice cream truck didn't come in. " Seriously? Shut it down. You all don't need to go there.
Please update your online menu. There are items on there for the Albemarle location that you all do not have. In example, I went there to get a strawberry sundae and was told you don’t have strawberries. There is a picture of a fudge sundae on the drive thru menu and as soon as I attempted to order a sundae, I was told you didn’t have fudge. Why are you still in business here? There are other items this location doesn’t have that are available at locations outside of Albemarle. Why is that?
I have never been to this BR. First of all the Server was like detached from his job. Half talked, no smile, no personality, no nothing. Half of the ice cream was not in the case. Not sure if it was sold out or what. The one I wanted looked like it had melted and refrozen. Trying to find somewhere to sit was almost impossible. Every table was nasty. Not just dirty, but nasty. You would think that between customers someone would clean the place, wipe the freaking tables off!!! They weren't crowded and 3 people were working.
We walked in and nobody greeted us. They had very few flavors of ice cream, and none of them were labeled, so we didn’t know what they were. As we stood there, looking at the ice cream and contemplating if we wanted anything, again, we did not feel welcome. So we walked out.
Said they had "no sugar" added ice cream online and drove there and they had none.
