A Fixture in Warren Wow! Is the Baskin-Robbins store still in business? That's wonderful. I remember going there for ice cream in the 1960's, and it was fantastic. I last visited the store in 1973, and it was good too.
out of stock? They are almost always out of peanut butter chocolate ice cream and bananas. Most likely when you go to an ice cream place you are going because you want something in particular. How upsetting when you get there and they are out. On more than one occassion. Makes you not want to even go.
Small ... but huge ! This particular store is located in a very small strip mall at 12 Mile and Hoover. There is very limited parking, but if you go at the right time of the day, it is not a problem. The ice cream is of course outstanding. The service is what it needs to be, not out of this world, but not rude. Definitely worth the drive over for ice cream.
