The worst Baskin-Robbins I personally have been in my life. Service was horrible at best, Mgr.?, was combative and arguing with me about there mistakes on our order. Yes, I'm out of the cost of the double scoop of the cone. They gave me vanilla instead of what I ordered, which was butter pecan.I brang the cone back to the MGR or owner? He said, once it is in the cone, they did there job, and if I want the butter pecan ,I have to pay again for it. I politely left the scone on the counter and walked out.
I have been coming to this store for years. It has been a real favorite. I went there to get a quart of strawberry ice cream last week. I was told that they didn't have any strawberry ice cream in quarts. I went to a different Baskin-Robbins that had strawberry ice cream. Then tonight I went to this store for a quart of chocolate ice cream. I was told that they didn't have any chocolate ice cream. How is that possible? Very Rude & terrible sevice that evening...We walked in just before closing..Only wanted ice cream...No matter what always be courteous to the patron..Customer service is lacking...As far as I'm concerned I don't understand why they're even in business at that particular store.. I got a bad vibe while I was there...
