Our favorite location on Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth closed unexpectedly. So we stopped in on Ford Rd. They don't have Jamaican Almond Fudge, Mommas making cookies or any good flavors. Maybe they had 12 total. They don't have the freezer space for anymore flavors.
They don't have the flavor of the month??? whattt?!? and they didn't have the ice cream flavor that I selected on an online order for a birthday party 3 weeks in advance and did not bother to call to tell me. Instead asked me to pick out a flavor they had in stock when I came to pick up. No thanks. I gave this location too many "next times". Time to find a new Baskin-Robbins!

I placed an online birthday cake order on 12/11. I called Wednesday morning to see if it was possible that I could pick it up earlier than 8pm because of the snow storm- my cake was not even made!! No one tried to contact me. They didn't even have the kind I ordered. They offered to make me a different kind of cake with happy birthday [name] written on it as I wanted on the original order.
