I’ve bought from here twice in the past week. Once in store I bought a mango smoothie(that should not be milk based) it had dairy in it and huge pieces of ice no big deal not what I expected but whatever. But I also bought a pre packed pralines and cream which was obviously melted and refrozen, this was sad but what ever. The. I bought a delivery order and was even more sad. this is unbelievable, me and my 2 friends wanted a nice ice cream day, first the operation hours say 5am-10pm, we try to open the door and it is locked, so we try the drive-through and it’s open! The employee wouldn’t even tell us the ice cream flavors, he said “What ever you want we have,” So we ask for birthday cake the most basic ice cream flavor. The employee responds with “We don’t have that,” which is understandable. Then we ask for icing on the cake, the employee responds with “We HAVE that,” so we proceed to the next... read more
