I ordered two birthday cakes for my daughter’s birthday party in advance. We went to pick up the cake on the day of and they told us the cakes were damaged. Really? They didn’t give me a call prior we came to find out on the day of the party that the cakes were damaged. They just told us to get any cake in replacement or get a full refund. I went to this Baskin-Robbins in hopes to get a better experience. One I had to explain to them four times that I want a two scoops sunday. And then I had to explain to her that I wanted whipped cream three times. I don't understand. I don't understand I don't understand. I consider myself a person that speaks well. I think I have just giving them my last opportunity to serve me bad. I think I'm done with Baskin-Robbins. Horrible experiences
Ordered a chocolate milkshake - they made it with milk, ice cream and a lot of ICE. Asked about this they said that's how they make it. It tasted just as watered down as you would expect. Will not return.
They need to resolve their phone issues. Needed to call to make a change to a cake order placed on line and cannot get in touch with them. Ridiculous. Will never use them again.
