This is the worst Baskin Robbins ever!! Managers Heather and Sherry are EXTREMELY RUDE and have no customer service skills. My Mother's Day Cake was wrong. Heather did not want to take responsibility for the error....like it was my fault. Sherry gets on the phone yelling at me, like I made the error. These two are the worst at customer service. I had to contact the owner of this establishment! I recommend a new management team!
