The owner is a very nice man, he makes my daughter laugh when we go.
Way too expensive. You can get a bigger ice cream cake about 50 yards north at Safeway for less than half the price. The decor still wreaks of late 70's - 80's. The owner wants to make as much $ as possible and put nothing back into the business. Go to the new Menchies frozen yogurt shop 3-4 stores east. Walk out the front door and go left, across from LA Fitness. Build your own frozen yogurt and ice cream cup/cone and cheaper.
