Very disappointed, we went in last Friday April 1st. Two young girls were working. Yes they were busy, Isabel handled the situation great however the other girl working was horribly rude!
I am so disappointed with Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlor. Went in to get Hayden his free scoop for his Birthday and I had the email version to show them the free scoop and they would not honor it because it wasn't a hard copy. They have lost a customer who used to come in all the time. My advice, either update your systems or get rid of the emails and send a "Hard copy" via mail to honor your coupons.
