Many people like ice cream. They sell it here. The business is in a shopping center. There is a large parking lot in front.
Went there 10 minutes before close and they had the open light off already. There was a line and the girls refused to make anything besides scoops of ice cream. Wouldn't even put sprinkles on top of the children in front of us. Horrible customer service and lack of work ethics.
The ice cream is really nostalgic for me, especially the cookie dough flavor. It wasn’t in the main tubs but they were selling quarts of it so I purchased one and asked the employee, Sara(h), if I could have a cone of it. She was super happy to get me all set up and honestly had a really great attitude about it. She had me grinning the whole time. I don't write reviews and I am sad to write this one. But, I do have to say there were two workers, one male and one female both in their late teens/early twenties(?). The first thing we saw when we walked in was the gal looked at us, whispered something to the guy and laughed. The rest of the time she ignored us or sneered at us. But the male worker was very professional and did a great job answering our questions, taking our order, and making my drink in a timely manner. Kids of course love all sugar. But for me sprinkles tasted chemically or stale, but the place was clean and employees were wonderful.
