Literally the lights are on but no one's home. I went to get icecream at 1:30pm today and the doors were locked and no one was inside but the lights and Open sign were on. what a complete joke! I will not be returning.
It’s hard to write a review when you go by at 12 o’clock and it’s not open
I received a coupon via email because I'm signed up for the rewards club and I went to the Arlington Baskin Robbins location and they turned me away saying they are not participating. Thing is, I have used these same type of coupons at this location in the past (recently) with no problems. I'm just wondering how I can find out where I can actually use the coupon. Horrible service, the person working was super rude. Considering we were the only customers, he had plenty of time to crack a smile or at least make an attempt to provide decent service.
They will try and charge you for toppings on your three scoop sundae, buyers beware.
