my mom ordered an ice cream cake for my sisters birthday and we got a printed picture on it . It was sloppy and messy and not neatly done , staff also ruined the surprise of what it was as my sister was there and she’s special needs . my mom put it under her name and they blurted the cake picture out which was her and usher so that was annoying . but for paying 56$ and getting a not so good job on it was displeasing .
They had no full size spoons. Everyone inside had to eat Sundays and banana splits with sample spoons and make a mess. They wont have spoons for two more days according to them. Walmart is right across the street even if the spoons dont match. Don't make your customers eat like animals. Management come on
Ordered ice cream online paid for it got to store and they do t have this flavor anymore. Then TAKE it off your website!!!
I'm not reviewing a location. I ordered a gift card online, and it was never received. It took multiple phone calls to customer service, and finally, a link arrived, but when opened, it was blank. While trying to call about that problem, we were disconnected. I finally called back again, and cancelled the gift card, which they can't do immediately. Don't ever order a gift card online from B&R.
