Placed a custom cake order a week in advance and went to pick up to learn that they never made my cake. Now I’m stuck with a cake that doesn’t fit the theme of my birthday party. Really disappointed the staff did not care what so ever and didn’t try to make the situation better. No one believes in customer service anymore and it shows. Thank you for ruining our birthday party baskin robbins!!!
Everything tasted great, but the Customer service was horrible. Guy was rude and in a rush and didn’t seem like he wanted to Interact with customers.
They don't deserve a star. Rude and poor customer service.
