Ordered ice cream online paid for it got to store and they do t have this flavor anymore. Then TAKE it off your website!!!
I'm not reviewing a location. I ordered a gift card online, and it was never received. It took multiple phone calls to customer service, and finally, a link arrived, but when opened, it was blank. While trying to call about that problem, we were disconnected. I finally called back again, and cancelled the gift card, which they can't do immediately. Don't ever order a gift card online from B&R.
I went today on Sunday March 8th and look at the “banana split” i got that day i asked for cherries. Such bad service from this girl and told me she couldn’t add to my order and to go around and then she said never mind with an attitude.
How can you make ice cream taste like nothing?
EDIT: I would like to thank the manager of this location, Delilah, for calling me personally to address my concerns regarding my experience on Thursday and offering to make things right. She was very wonderful and took my frustrations over the service here very seriously and has informed me that she would be looking further into the issue with the people who decided to close early that night.
