Excellent customer service!
I love coming here to get a ice cake..all the kids work there been great and helpful. Very great customer service. I will be back for another ice cream cake.
Love the ice cream, top quality. The lower rating is because it takes way too long to get service. Last time we went, we waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and there was only one car in line! We left, went to the grocery store and bought the same ice cream. Too bad.
Stopped by Baskin-Robbins the other afternoon and had a very nice experience. The ice cream was great and the service was quick. The young girl working behind the counter, I believe her name was Kyla, was very polite and helpful, which is something you don’t always see anymore. The store was clean and everything looked well kept. I’ll definitely be back again.
