Just went thru the drive thru ordered a sundae for my husband with no peanuts. The giro brings it with peanuts so I tell her and she goes back as if to remake it but didn’t. We drive away and there were still peanuts in the bottom. She scraped out what she could with half the ice cream instead of just remaking it. I wouldn’t normally complain but this could’ve been serious if someone has a peanut allergy. The chocolate shake I ordered was so runny I could just pour it out. Never been so disappointed in Baskin Robbins
Newly remodeled, lots of parking and a drive through. Good service, all the flavors you would expect.
We used to enjoy coming here as a family to get the kids a treat some nights and have been to this location quite a few times this year. More recently almost every order is not made correctly. The most recent order was two items and both were not correct. That’s what happens when indifferent teenagers with bad attitudes run the store. One instance I paid for the mistake but will not be going to this BR anymore at night when the teenagers are working.
