Very rude service. Lack of expert in giving good customer experience , Not a place I would want to spend an evening at
Just went thru the drive thru ordered a sundae for my husband with no peanuts. The giro brings it with peanuts so I tell her and she goes back as if to remake it but didn’t. We drive away and there were still peanuts in the bottom. She scraped out what she could with half the ice cream instead of just remaking it. I wouldn’t normally complain but this could’ve been serious if someone has a peanut allergy. The chocolate shake I ordered was so runny I could just pour it out. Never been so disappointed in Baskin Robbins
Newly remodeled, lots of parking and a drive through. Good service, all the flavors you would expect.
