Yikes! I love my peanut butter chocolate but the service here is not even sub standard. First no response at the speaker for so long we thought it was broken or only one person working, someone said order when ready. Ordered my pre packed quart and pulled up and surprised to see multiple employees standing around talking about another person. horrible customer service, they act like your not even here
Girls were both rude. Asked me if I had a door dash then walked away from me till I said I wanted to order. Other girl was shit talking the customers in the drive through cause she didn't have change. Said she's ready to quit. Grow up this is customer service if you can't handle it leave.
Clean but neither of the two employees seemed to be happy about their job. No greetings, offers to take orders etc.
The staff here is young, lazy and full of attitude. They are constantly messing orders up, not responding promptly to drive through customers and lying about flavors in stock because they don't want to hand pack quarts! This location needs a whole new staff or a board on the doors! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
