Very rude and not friendly at all
Friendly service, delicious ice cream
I usually hate writing bad reviews, but the experience I had here today was actually terrible and a little embarrassing. The short girl with the round glasses made everything much more difficult than it needed to be. I had two separate orders (though neither were complicated), but she kept interrupting me, putting words in my mouth, and then loudly berated me in front of everyone before I finally just said "have a nice day" and left. Love Baskin Robbins Cookeville and Algood Locations! Wonderful friendly service with a smile! My go to place for yummy sweet treats! All the staff are fantastic! Highly recommend!!! Always a great experience!
