My family and I came to this store to celebrate my wife's birthday after a long work week, but it was incredibly clear from the moment we walked in that they did not want to serve us. When I walked in the girl with the pink hair and deep eyeshadow just stared at me and my family she did not greet us as we walked in. She followed each ice cream window that we walked to, but not one time did she greet us as we walked in, didn’t even ask us if we need any help nor did she wear gloves nobody wears gloves when they’re serving ice cream. Worst customer service ever. I will not spend my $$ here, and be treated this way. No acknowledgement, no service.
Usually good- but this time workers had locked door 20 minutes before posted closing time though.
