The one in Jeff City, Mo is horrible. Went one day in late June and they were almost completely out of ice cream (at an ice cream shop!!) because they had to order more, was what I was told. Whoever is in charge of ordering better step it up! Been there several other times and had either really slow or incompetent service. Went again today and there were 2 guys working...well 1 was actually working while the other was literally sleeping out in the lounge chair in the lobby amongst customers. What the heck?! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to order a Banana split and they said they no longer offer it so I said ok I’ll take a waffle cone and the response I got was we don’t have any right now and with an attitude the guy says “I guess I can make one” and then didn’t wait for it to cool down he just started blowing his breath all over the cone and since he didn’t give it time to cool down the ice cream started melting all over the place. I will never go back to baskin Robbins after this experience.
