Called Baskins Robins via phone to get information on birthday ice cream cakes and got a rude male voice around 4:45pm on Sunday 3/29/26 who stated " it is whatever we have in the fridge". He was not willing to give me flavors or sizes and hung up on myself and my wife who both called. We took our business to another franchise where we bought 2 cakes and blizzards with such friendly service. Interesting to see the other reviews on this location and how they manage to stay open. Second time I have shown up here , and they close before posted hours! Guy saw me in the window, waved me off! Horrible customer service!
Great staff and location!
This place is trash. Got a scoop of ice cream that was hollow inside. I got more cone than ice cream. I’d gladly pay more for more ice cream. Make sure you ask for double scoops so you can get a normal amount of ice cream. Never in my life had I had such a poor experience at a baskins and robin. This place would be better served charging $5 for a real scoop of ice cream than the the BS $3 summer special. LMAO. They should get their franchise revoked.
