Was in there Sunday June 16 th with my daughter the employees were rude laughing and goofing off nor professional as a matter fact they almost forgot to give us all what we ordered
I went to Baskin-Robbins after dinner for some ice cream, and before us there was a couple and both of them were a little bigger. They got their ice cream and left then I got some and decided to sit down and eat it, as we are sitting there I heard the employees talk about the couple and the employee in the photo was talking about the woman and said “She looked like she could eat about 4 sundaes herself” I’m sorry but they completely lost me as a customer with that, as in I’m heavier myself and I don’t want to go the a place ... read more
If I could give you 0 Stars I would. Was refused my birthday free ice cream because I was not emailed my coupon even though I have all the information literally right there on my phone showing that I filled out the form they still refuse to give me a birthday ice cream. She explained that it was not her fault it was Baskin Robbins however I am inside of a Baskin Robbins and she could not make due. Never spending money here ever and meanwhile now baskinRobins has my email information sold. Great deal!
