Severely understaffed and mismanaged. I don’t know how the quality of the food is, because the line was so terribly managed that I just gave up on ordering. It is combined with a Dunkin where nobody knows what they’re in line for. There is no communication given from the staff either. I am nicely giving them a two star instead of a one star because perhaps their food is good at least. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on that end.
Ordered ice cream from BR through UberEats and another order failure from the CSC team. Gave me the total wrong ice cream. Again. And tiny portion considering how expensive BR is. Will be expecting an exchange tomorrow. Too much for too little.
We go for the custard. Very creamy. My wife likes the cookie dough topping. Just tried a concrete with Oreo. Good if you like a more sweet dessert.
Forgot how tasty BR is with all the other bougier ice cream choices. Rich, creamy and flavorful. This one is tucked in a pretty flower lined road. It’s coupled with a Dunkins so extreme self restraint required to not come out with an ice cream donut.
