We were there yesterday and the employee was just plain rude. She asked me 3 times in less than 2 minutes what she could get started for me. This sounds silly but I felt so much pressure to choose what I wanted that I almost just left! She had a terrible attitude and there was clearly something more important that she had to do (which turned out to be reading her book). I am sorry we were such an inconvenience to her. We will not be returning.
You have agreed to participate in the DC Huskie card, yet you insist (as posted on a sign at your door) that all coupons be printed and handed in. Please example how I would accomplish that. Talk about false advertising and poor customer service! My family of 5 took our business else where.
