I ordered a custom birthday cake on May 5, 2020 online. I wanted to pick the cake up on May 10, 2020. I received a confirmation email that my ordered had been placed. I arrived at the store on the 10th to pick up my cake. There was no cake nor a record of my order being placed. One of the employees called the manager. The only thing that I was told was that the order didn't actually come through. They made an offer to me to pick out a ready-made cake in its place.
