I wish I could give this experience a zero. When we have placed an order on the app, we have always been able to pick up early. Last night we made an order for pickup at 9. When we went through the drive through at 8:50 we were handled with TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. We were told to come back at 9. Nothing else…. Just “come back at 9”. So we parked across for the street for 10 minutes and drove back to the drive through at precisely 9 and were told to come in. No one in line or in store. We pulled back around, went in. Pulled up before 9:30 and was told they were closing early.
Pulled up at 9:20pm and they had garbage bags blocking the front door…. that’s one way to signify that you are closing early.
The girl was terrible to me and my grandson, she was working on SaturDay morning at 11 am opening Kayla I will not be coming back to Basking Robins. Shame on you, ice cream shop!!!!!!
