I wish I could give this experience a zero. When we have placed an order on the app, we have always been able to pick up early. Last night we made an order for pickup at 9. When we went through the drive through at 8:50 we were handled with TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. We were told to come back at 9. Nothing else…. Just “come back at 9”. Pulled up before 9:30 and was told they were closing early.
Pulled up at 9:20pm and they had garbage bags blocking the front door…. that’s one way to signify that you are closing early.
