Lazy workers r lack of training
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Baskin Robbins. One of the girls working was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Her attitude was nasty, her tone was disrespectful, and she acted like helping customers was a burden. On top of that, the way she handled things behind the counter was unhygienic and made me uncomfortable about even eating the ice cream. I walked out feeling disgusted.
