Horrible customer service. Was going to have a cake made and give them my $$ and I spoke with Kelly about the cake i wanted. I told her my wife birthday was coming but she had the coupon in her email and i wanted to surprise her without letting her know. She wouldn't honor the $3 off. This is ridiculous! You lost my business forever..over a simple thing as allowing $3.

Ice Cream with Smile The gal who works here is so nice! She always remembers what I like and is fast and efficient. Plus they have a lot of good flavors to choose from. It's a bit spendy, but compares with Starbucks and every other Ice Cream joint. Try the daquari ice as a smoothie or the berry freeze drink.
